I'm confused by what you're asking really. My last psychosis I blacked out and my family told me what I was doing and I was appalled. Also another time I was blacked out (no drugs or alcohol. Just psychosis) and someone sent me screen shots of me telling them off. I had no recollection of it and I was very embarrassed
