I gave info on the reporting due to posts about this 16 yr old stated the girl is anglophobic (a recognized phobia in the USA, phobia's are considered to be a mental health problem\issue) and her parents are not getting her mental health treatment for this, they are enforcing the phobia rather than getting treatment for it, so poster was asking for help in getting this 16 yr old help with her phobia. here in the USA when a parent is refusing to get medical or mental health treatment it is the crime of child abuse in the form of neglecting that childs mental health problems.
