Thanks for responding back. You mean the DBT group? It's all women. But I did talk to the T about it at our bi monthly session (smh) She said that if the group is that stressing for me that maybe I should not continue on with the next module. But that if I didn't maybe I needed to transfer over to a full time counselor, there at the VA., so maybe I could be seen more often than once every 2-3 months. All this kind of knocked the wind out of me. First I had no idea there were more modules, she said she didn't mention that at the beginning because she felt I wouldn't come...and she was right. And the thought of going to another counselor....makes me want to vomit.
Anyway, glad to hear that you don't feel that dissociating is anything serious, just a cue that something is overwhelming.....
