I thought therapy was suppose to help you work through triggers, with skills and tools. I don't think leaving therapy would be a good idea at all. That showing up for therapy and DBT classes is big for me. Leaving the house makes me very anxious and on guard.
Too bad they can't use hypnosis to wipe out prior memories. Or use it for PTSD.
