I have found it very beneficial, I'm currently doing my second round in group.

DBT has helped me create a space between my feelings / thoughts and reactions, which has improved my relationships immensely.

Read: I'm less emotionally reactive. Lol

The Distress Tolerance module has been very effective in helping me cope with daily stressors such as work, bf working abroad, sick mother, pubescent daughter and tight finances.

I may actually be taking a course on it in the upcoming months, as my boss asked if I'd like to facilitate a group at work... (I work in a rehab)

So yes, definitely helpful, and I urge everyone to try it more than once if possible as it takes time to actually implement the changes in behaviour and thought patterns.

I initially signed on because of my BPD dx, but it has certainly helped on the BP front too.
