This thread makes me feel like a pig. I live in a 3 bed, 3 bathroom house, work full time, have one cat and am a carer for my elderly mum. Who mainly eats and sleeps and watches TV and does the crossword. Which is fine, she is nearly 85. I change beds once a month, Hoover once every 2, do 2-3 lots of laundry once a week, but always try and clean surface and dust when I can. I do a whole top to bottom house clean once a quarter and take stuff to the dump. We also have a garden, garage and shed, and I do my best to keep it tidy, but not as good as I'd like. It's tiring and I think this year I will start looking to pay someone to help. The outside stuff, I'm not keen on having a cleaner. Oh and we have a long driveway and leylandii and trees that need trimming. I wish I was rich enough to not spend all my free time doing chores!
