I love it.
I dont do well in groups so my dbt therapist set it up special for me.
I go twice a week minimum. 1 day of talk therapy with integrating skills into my life. And 1 or 2 days of "group" in a classroom where i learn skills. My "group" consists of me and my husband.
Hes doing really well with the skills at home, me not so much. But its cool bc he knows how to remind me of skills during crisis at home bc hes learning with me.
