I tend to do this manic or not. I'm also BPD so there's an impulse control issue. There's a store by me that sells everything from makeup to phone accessories and clothes. Everything in the store is supposed to be under $5 and I blow $100 every time. Toys for the kids that they don't use. Cheap clothes I won't wear. Ugh. Don't get me started on the dollar stores either!
