I don't feel like I am learning much in the way of skills in my therapy appointments. My T had me read Feeling Good and challenging my cognitive distortions, but I am aware that that is CBT and not DBT. I am really curious about DBT because I heard someone mention it in my BP support group. I am willing to learn whatever I can if it will help me become stable.
