When a member's post has been moved, it may have been RE-moved for any number of reasons (not always bad reasons!). When this happens, you do not have access to where it RE-moved to.

I think that if you happen to be viewing a thread at the same time a Team member is in the process of RE-moving the post and your page has not been refreshed, this is when things like this happen.
