I know how you feel, as I've felt this way recently. But this morning I woke up and realized that I'm not a horrible person, as I finally figured out why my life has gone to hell, and not only is it something I didn't mean to do, but it's also probably fixable. So whatever it is that you feel guilty about, try to look at the situation from other perspectives, and most importantly keep talking to trusted friends and/or family and a therapist.
