I doubt it is an eating disorder to forget to eat. I am quite the same but I have an issue with all routine, I assume from ADD. I've worked hard to try to get some sanity to my eating, it didn't come easy. Still I will never, ever eat three steady meals and two snacks that is so not in my world!
I wouldn't worry as long as you somehow get the food you need. Proper meals are overrated.

If you spread eating out and eat a little of this and that, that is fine. Just try to eat every day... cuz I did not and I lost all sense of what hunger is. I guess my body gave up reminding me.
