Ok, on the food processor, many crafters use machines like this and it's not for food.
The outside ATMs have braille so that if someone takes a blind person to the bank, they don't have to also do their banking for them, plus, you are allowed to walk up to a drive-thru unless otherwise posted.

Ahhh we all know why they do this... and the bottom line is liability and money issues. Of course, it helps if the person translating the warnings actually knows English! I have one from China and it makes NO sense. LOL
