Well gee-how many perfectly intelligent, capable human beings are being brainwashed into thinking they are useless for the SOCIAL COMFORT of an established group who cling to their attempt at creating JOB SECURITY for themselves? Appeal to the powers above them with specifics; just stick to the facts of what is going on -your FEELINGS
are the platform they are attempting to sabotage your performance with. FOCUS, and IGNORE the spin. Trust me, these fear-governed, barely-mediocre idiots will never innovate or improve a single thing. The joiner crowd specializes in creating human wreckage, WASTE, and medical expenses that they will NEVER take RESPONSIBILITY for. You,can the other hand, have taken responsibility for your own training and applied a system to your learning method! This culture is confused about what the workplace really is; the word cozy has ousted the word collaboration. I have a theory that this may stem from difficulty with transition time management based on observations of this last decade. Perhaps, this is why a company with vision and understanding will allow their workers to have MEALS together.
