Maybe if I start journaling again and then just copy and paste what I want to share with her. That might work. Just don't want to overwhelm the lady. My first T I dropped a lot of info on her just wanting to update her and let her know what I was going through and she was over whelmed, soon after she said I wasn't ready for therapy.
