I know I'm stumbling upon this thread a bit late..

I've had some seriously wacky neighbors! Good, Bad, and UGLY! ...I'll just note a couple of the top winners I've encountered...
1. The 50 yr old guy who lived downstairs from me n my roomies when I was in my 20s: Had no clue that ANYONE had even moved in until 1 night my BFF n I were out on the porch late (I think it was halloween)...yes we were being a bit loud, but I was never home (3jobs) and Never had company...all the roomies were like that..DEF. NOT THE PARTY HOUSE!!...newayz...this guy comes stomping up the back stairs in a RAGE! Yelling about how he was at the end of his rope, can't take another night of all this noise, works early, has a sick Mum dwnstrs confined to a bed, and he's calling the landlord NOW!..I just looked at him and said.."I'm sorry, but Who Are You???" Apologized for my friend n I...sorry it is getting late we will keep it down...He went into another rage "THIS IS EVERY NIGHT!!".... explained that I was very confused given (above sed info^^^) and asked What was every night?..I work overnights job #3.. 3 days a wk and other than that..I'm never home from job#2 until at least 3 am...and I usually go staight to bed n I've never come home to any partying??? So what noise??..No reply.He stormed back down the stairs.. ..a couple of nights later just walked in door my landlord called cell@ 3am..was sleepy and cranky obv. Said guy just called him screaming about "the noise" for the 5th × in 2wks..and this is not a party pad and if we can't learn to keep it dwn, if he got another complaint he was going to evict us!! I got a bit angry, told him the story, and said I literally just walked thru the door, and there is no noise here! Idk if the roomies were even home if they were they are sleeping. The whole apt is quiet and dark!..so wtf is this guy on drugs?? What is he talking about??? My landlord had no answer! ...me confused AGAIN...asked point blank ...US this guy just calling and saying it's loud up here or does he have specific issues??..LL said both. I said What exactly and When? ....come to find out besides that 1 night, his complaints were about low muffled music that played all night every night (a roomies that couldn't sleep w/o calming music, not loud, not crazy or angry...we're talking practically a white noise machine!!) And my room was next to his and I couldn't even rarely hear it!!...then there was the MAJOR PROB....and I QUOTE..." I can't take it. They walk around up there all hrs day and night in THEIR SHOES!!!"...Yup. Shoes.
That was longer than expected so won't get into much any others...like the ppl who yelled at my husband for washing his car cuz the spigot outside the house(they didn't own or pay water) was THEIR and HOW DARE HE JUST ASSUME TO USE IT W/O ASKING!!!...soon many more..I could go on. Ppl are FREAKIN WEIRD!
