I think journaling is a good thing a way to document what is worrying you the most at a certain point and time. I will get back with that soon.
Be careful mixing those meds, I just did a drug interaction query on Drugs.com and about 5 of my meds have major interactions with others I'm taking. The VA is going to set me up with a medicine specialist and see what meds I can get off of. Hate hate hate meds
CPAP takes some getting used to. I had heard that people felt so much better after using it, it's okay. I think I would feel better if I could sleep more than an hour at a time. Maybe in time.
