For those who don't remember the full criteria --

My pdoc doesn't think I meet the full criteria for BP-1, but he labeled me as "BP-1 NOS" because I get psychosis (which I believe is a BP-1 only symptom?). Technically there is no "BP-1 NOS" category, but the "BP-1" part of my label is used to let other doctors know that I get psychosis and that I have SOME manic tendencies.

I'm more of a hybrid between BP-1 and BP-2 -- hence the "NOS"
