My therapist made this journaling method for me, I'm still struggling with using it.
Compliment about self/daily intention/how to complete intention
Example: I am a nice person/I will help Bob/I will help Bob clean his room
I have short term memory and am trying to find a way to record my daily activities but, I have not found a method that works for me, so I'm looking for several journaling methods so I can chose the one that works in the moment.
