Perna, my cat likes to smell my breath in the morning too. I've wondered if he even HAS a sense of smell to get THAT close to my morning breath!
But he loves loves loves mint. So if I have mint gum in my mouth, I get a lick on the chin. I love that. If the gum is in my purse, I will look over and see a purse with a tail!

Sometimes I've got to work and discovered my purse is all wet in one area--the area where the gum is. Cats are so funny!
Someone I know has a cat who loves lavender. When she has some cut lavender in a bag, her cat disappears into the bag, no matter where she hides the bag!
Lavender is part of the mint family, so it must be the mint, whether it's lavender, gum, or toothpaste!
