I am diagnosed bipolar 2, and I would say I fit the criteria very well.

The only exception is that I get these mixed episodes where I'm depressed but with energy and racing thoughts and with some more mild hallucinations (shadow figures, seeing bugs dart across the floor, feeling bugs on me).
