I've never had pure mania so I don't meet the BP1 diagnosis that way. My pdoc days I'm in a mixed episode but I don't think my symptoms are bad enough for that label. I think it's just Agitated depression but maybe that's what the DSM 5 means by a mixed state.

I meet all of the other criteria though.
