I am wondering, therapy takes work on your side too. Have you evaluated your expectations and whether they are realistic. Are you prepared to step up to the challenge. Don't expect your therapist or others will solve your problems. How do you measure the success of your therapy? What kind of goals do you have?Are they realistic? Are they achievable? What about communication/relationship with your therapist. Are you doing what you can do to make such a relationship workable. As for coping skills, you need to learn them and practise them. They are not a magical be all to end all.
