Rayna, when you get that bad, calling the ambulance will get your treatment begun on the scene, plus you don't wait at the ER, they take you right in. You can usually also return within 24 hours without additional charge.

I'm glad your doc gave up the antibiotic. I hope you will please be sure to follow up with either this doctor, or a dentist, once the crisis is over, especially when the sinuses are involved. (ugh.)
