Be careful about calling an ambulance for a non-emergency. Lately in our community and the surrounding area, EMS (fire departments etc) are now charging to transport. If your ins determines that your ride in an ambulance was not do to a life threating emergency, they will bill you for the cost.

My husband was transported from work due to a fainting spell (thought heart attack) and we had to fight the insurance company for 9 months to pay the $546.00 that the fire department billed us.

I do hope you have a college with a dental school near you. They do excellent work and charge on a sliding fee scale, if at all.
