No, it isn't normal for suicide to be the answer you think of for every problem. That's depression taking control of your thoughts. The thought of suicide doesn't mean that you will do it or even really want to, and it can take some time for those thoughts to go away even after you are feeling better. I had those thoughts last spring for at least three months after I started to feel better following a major depressive episode. Those thoughts do mean that you need professional help though. Are you seeing someone?

You are a compassionate person to feel for these people and the abuses that you witness, even when you are feeling so bad yourself. There might not be much that you can do to help with this kind of problems that is constructive, but try to remember that the world needs more sensitive, caring people like you who know how people should be treated and are not going to act like those whose actions are disturbing you. You are a good person and having you as a member of society makes the world a better place.
