I picked several answers because it varies. I initially came on here to figure out how to deal with my feelings for my marriage counselor. I wanted advice from those in similar situations, and also to explore my issues with my current therapy. I still seek those kinds of things from time to time, but I also post on here to help me process my therapy. I used to generally type up thoughts and e-mail them to my T, because I tend to process by writing/typing stuff out. But I'm trying to do that on here instead of sending to T. I also said I like the vibe because most people are very supportive and it really feels like a community (I've been on advice forums that are...definitely not like that, which makes me appreciate the vibe here).
