I don't post about my own therapy much, mostly because it's easier to get my questions answered directly by my therapist, but also because I'm often not sure I'm getting an accurate read on things in my own mind, and getting feedback on the wrong thing could cause more problems.
I come here, though, to understand how therapy works for others. I'm less drawn toward one view of therapy, or way to do it, and more toward those who are struggling with things and questioning. Originally, I found the site when seeing another therapist and the things I read on here made me uneasy with my then-therapist, and it turned out to be for good reason. Now, it only makes me feel more appreciative of my current therapist. I gave her a link to the site and she actually came here. She said now it makes sense why I've had all these questions for her.
