One of my neighbors is a nice older gentleman who says hello when he sees me outside. The other likes to run his wood chipper after 10:30 pm. My boyfriend has to be up for at 5am so he usually goes to bed around 10pm. After numerous times of asking the neighbor to stop I had to call the police and file a noise complaint. The city I live in has restriction on what times of day you can run equipment like that and he was not following it. Now in return he throws trash over the fence into my yard.
