I picked exploring my issues in my current therapy but it's really for all the reasons except to process past therapy. I like to post about my session to get support when I'm upset. I also like to discuss my therapy because it fascinates me. I feel like many of you are my friends and it's comforting to come here. I can write as much as I want. My RL friends get tired of hearing about my therapy issues. If people here don't want to read what I write, they don't have to. I also think my experiences in therapy sometimes help others.
