Doesn't make you a predator; people aren't being "tricked" into selling you their rings; they're selling their rings and you're buying them. Why you buy them doesn't even sound like "voyeur" (their broken dreams) to me because you can't know why they are selling them or what their "story" is about them truly and are "making up" your own the way you want it which you should be!

I have metal dermatitis so can't wear most jewelry and have gained enough weight so that most, if not all (including my wedding band) rings don't fit. But I can see buying rings I "like" just to have! Kind of a neat "collection" if you ask me.
