Hi guys!
Looks like I have to wait to see my regular doc when he gets back on Monday. [emoji849]
I'm fine today just depressed. Yesterday I self harmed for the first time in over a year and drank myself crosseyed afterward.
I slept ok. I feel defeated. I have therapy Friday and my doctor on Monday. I work nonstop till Sunday. All is well.
