A friend bought some "green tea with hoodia" for weight loss. Says the mega way.. He said I could try it too, but I am waiting to see what it does to him first. The directions also say count calories and uh oh "exercise"...
But I think your right. The best way to lose weight is "proportions" of what you eat and of course good ole exercise. Don't think there is any way getting out of the exercise part.
