So had my phone session with t. We talked about how I was doing recently (better made gym several times along with Kung fu) and what to work on next. I told her I felt great and accomplished hitting the gym as many times as I did.

So the next thing we talked about is self confidence and how to love myself. She told me to write 50 positive affirmations. Put them in a jar and pick one a day. That I will have with me all day and saying to myself all day. One I liked was "I breathe in confidence and exhale fear." I'm to do this for a month and examine my self confidence weekly.

Anyone have any exercises like this with affirmations?
