I dunno. I started looking here after being re-diagnosed as "bi-polar" and came on here just to see what it was all about (didn't know anything about the disorder). Then someone posted a list of things that might make you a "psychopath" and I fit every one of them, so I came here. I've never asked if I was or not.

The best telling sign is probably your childhood. If you, like me, were throwing cats off of your roof just to see if they could walk later, trying to drown dogs for the hell of it, almost burned down your house, played with fire, got drunk/high/whatever and stole a car (and many other things), been arrested multiple times, and had no real regard for the safety of others all before the age of 15, then you might be a real, genuine psychopath. But most of the time I try to keep it hidden from people.
