You suppose maybe it's because you let all these things worry you to the point that you aren't concentrating on YOU and getting yourself better?

Moonkin, look in the Psychology forum. There's a sticky there on Cognitive Mistakes. Read them over and see if you don't recognize yourself in any of them. If you do, pick one and work on it. That might make a difference in how you see things.
