I know that we all get a lot of support and help here at PC, what about in real life from others with BP? I just had the opportunity to connect with another person who suffers from BP, a first for me. Does anybody else find this helpful? Or do you get a little triggered? I found that while it was nice to have somebody that I can relate to, I was a bit triggered. I have always mourned the loss of my hypo states, and the beginnings of a manic episode. Lately not so much, but as I was talking to my new friend those feelings came rushing back. I don't know if this is going to be helpful for me or harmful.

Others experiences??
