(((((((ejw))))))),
We are all here for you!!!
What is it that concerns you about seeing a therapist?
I see a therapist. It's wonderful to have someone to talk to about anything and everything: things that you can't even talk to your friends or family about. What you tell your therapist is TOTALLY confidential.
You know that sometimes when I'm not feeling depressed, I like to talk to my therapist just to learn more coping skills.
My therapist is someone that I can always talk to who understands and doesn't judge me.
I hope that this helps.
