Hello smartieparty: Well... the Skeezyks has a lot of stuff he can never talk about. But in my case it's mostly stuff that happened many years ago. It sounds to me as though what you're writing about here is perhaps something that has happened recently or will happen soon. I don't know as I have any particularly useful suggestions for you here. Talking things through really is the primary way in which people deal with difficult problems.

I guess I'm not clear with regard to if this is something that happened to you, or if it is something you're going to need to do that you don't know how to handle. If it's something that happened to you, sometimes writing about things can help... either here on PC or perhaps in a journal. Another option might be calling a mental health hotline if there is something of that nature where you live. You could then talk about it... but anonymously. I've also heard of people doing collages of things that have happened to them. Other than that... physical exertion helps dissipate strong emotions sometimes.

If this is a problem you're confronting... something you need to do something about that you don't know how to handle, then again writing about it, or talking about it anonymously may help. But beyond that, figuring out a step-by-step plan for how to address the problem may help you to begin to feel as though you at least have some control over the situation... you're not just waiting for something to happen to you.

I'm sorry this about all that comes to my mind as far as how you might handle whatever it is you are confronting. Perhaps other members, here on PC, will reply with some better suggestions. I wish you well...
