Don't know how to deal with these sleep problems. People say have down time and read a book. I love reading but just cannot concentrate at all. Before it was constant waking now I struggle too fall asleep. Either way it is really draining, I somehow manage to find enough energy for work but otherwise even having a shower seems to take as much effort as when I did a 10 mile run.
Doctor says it's a over active mind but I just cannot clear my head enough to sleep. I feel restless, hot and sweaty even when it's cool and don't even feel tired sometimes.
