Hello Brasucasulu: Well... the Skeezyks can only respond to this in terms of himself. I'm an older person now. And I've carried my personal trauma with me for a lifetime. I know that, in my case, all that went on with me decades ago is a snarled ball of wire that will never be untwisted. And to imagine that it might be is, in my case, simply chasing fool's gold. I presume it is not that way for everyone. But it is for me. So, as a result, I simply strive to accept things as they are in the present... with lovingkindness & compassion...
