One of the hardest lessons I had to learn was that a T cannot read minds. Some have shown quite incredible ability to misunderstand me.
If you can't reach your T, maybe there is an emergency support organisation you could call?
Maybe we should all ask our Ts who to call in a mental health emergency, so as to be ready for the worst.
