Non-Harmful Solutions:
1. Write a letter and don't send it!
2. What the heck!, go ahead on and write that letter & DO send it! ...
If your abusers are anything like mine were, they'll be too cowardly to even respond to it, so eff them on that one too!
3. Go to the batting cages and have at it! ...
Imagine that the balls are the faces and/or nutsacks of those who've abused you!
4. Go to the driving range (golf) and have at it! ...
Imagine that the balls are the faces and/or nutsacks of those who've abused you!
5. Get some of those blow up punching clowns and place them around your house! ...
Knock the snot out of them whenever you walk by while loudly shouting EFF YOU along with the name of those that abused you!
Heck! ... I even pfeel better just expressing and sharing all that right here right now!
Hope it helps others that are dealing with anger issues too!
And, EFF YOU STILL, Parental & Sibling Units! ... May you rot in hell for all the evil @#$%! you did to me!
Grrr ... !!!

Well, I have letters I'm ready to send; I just want to gage the support of others, first; I want moral support for the journey. As is, I fear my ego'll contract, and that won't be good.
When I go through life, I need to be able to engage on equal terms, but when people say "forgive," it means "be a pushover."
It weighs me down, that sense of inferiority.
