Hi LifeInDarkness
No, we're
definitely talking
courage in the last year!!!
So major
kudos to you, I'm sure that took
a lot for you to have made it outside to regularly exercise
And Kuras is absolutely right.........what happened doesn't need to mean that you were a bad person in any way

I do understand that it must have felt so "personal", that can be a natural thing to think, but you know that there are plenty of attacks that can be totally random, right??!!

And what gives four people (who also don't even know you!!) the
right to do that to you??!!
LifeInDarkness, what they did
wasn't right, so please, please, please don't try to justify their behaviour by taking the blame for why they did what they did

Now you have made
massive steps by "re-entering the world" in going out..........but I'm just wondering if you may need a little more support with what happened to you??

If so..........
maybe a "victims" support group, line or site...........
maybe something like this:
Support our Work ??
What happened to you does
not have to define who you were/are or how you live your life, with the right support (if you need it) whether that support is on here or out there..........you
have come so far and you
didn't deserve what happened to you.........so keep focused on the recovery, hey??
