Just read an article from Kati Morton where EMDR mimics REM sleep. Hmmmm something to think about. I've had EMDR before and I was so freakin sleepy afterwards I felt like a Zombie.

The reason this really got my attention is that my first sleep study showed I didn't go into REM sleep at all. So would EMDR work for me? I must go into REM sleep at some point to get some restful sleep.
Has anyone else had a sleep study and something about your REM sleep been brought up?
