I have had similar issues, though my OCD is not being treated directly.
What I suggest you do is following your T's advice. You should write down the way you feel on sheets, at what time and what causes it. They are similar to some BPD work sheets.
If you find another therapist, you should probably hand in the notes you took about these episodes. That way you can compare, and you can find out what times are the most prone to these episodes.
Are you perhaps afraid of the OCD coming back, which makes you think about it all the time ?
