I work in the medical records department at a major hospital system in the Chicago area. My specific duties revolve around the release of the records to patients, attorneys, SSA, etc.

Current meds: 100mg Wellbutrin; 200mg Lamictal; 400mg Seroquel at night; Xanax 1mg/PRN; 100mg/PRN Trazodone at night for insomnia
