As far as the meds, have you already signed up for the Psych Central med card? I used it at my pharmacy, and did get a bit off of my prescription. While the meds still pricey, even a bit helped. If you don't mind my offering, are you familiar with Needy Meds? When i was without insurance/job, I did use them to get some prescriptions free. Sometimes the docs can sustain you with samples - I was able to get by for significant time with these.

DBT does seem promising so far. I'm putting my all into it

I have not signed up for the card or heard of Needy Meds but I certainly will look into them now! Thank you so much for the suggestion.
