And, yes, you do need to reach out for help in real life.

From what you wrote, it sounds as though you may be struggling with some depression & perhaps generalized anxiety. But this is just a guess on my part. Diagnosing what it is that is actually going on with you is a job for a mental health professional. So I would suggest starting out with a counselor or therapist... someone who has the training & the experience to help you figure out what is going on & to develop a plan for dealing with it.
