i'm glad to hear that you are willing to embrace the benefits of being with just yourself. this doesn't mean you can't have friends, go out to a meal with family, or host a guest. it just means that you have time to get to know who you are, what you feel, how you behave when no one is looking,, etc.
one of the things i found that solitude was very good for, and was good for me, was meditation. it keeps me stable when 'TilT' is so easy to find. i also really enjoy the changes that strengthening my ability to focus has brought me.
